Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled by contacting us at 08950597800 before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the health/consumable nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Failed / Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, please share your payment reference with us — verified duplicate or failed-order payments are refunded in full.
